Memory Vending Supply vends users' memories to readers. This page lists our specifications for memory suppliers.

To submit a memory either email memoryvendingmachine@gmail.com OR fill out this submission form. Submitting is no guarantee of publication, but it's a good start.

Memories are printed on a half-letter sheet of paper, which means they must be <500 words or less, and then dispensed via capsule in the machines. They are also made available on the website (Insert a Quarter). They may be published anonymously or pseudonymously if desired but must be submitted with functional contact information.

The format allows only for plain text at the moment.

All submissions must be related to the the subject of memory. They may be nonfiction, fiction, poem, or something else. They could be about memory, or they might be a memory. The first edition of the MVM is publishing memories primarily related to music (a song), but your submission need not be about a song or music.

The Memory Vending Machine is a not a periodical, exactly, so the only right we acquire to the work we publish is a nonexclusive publication and reprint right, meaning that you may pubilsh and/or reprint your work elsewhere without limit or permission.
